How does your service work?
We provide delivery from your favorite Ruidoso restaurants to your home or place of business. We charge $6.00 for delivery for restaurants that have partnered with us. For restaurants that have not partnered with us, there will be an additional 15 percent charge. Also, not all of the restaurants are currently honoring our tax status with the state. There will be an additional 8 percent charge for those restaurants. Please note that the delivery charge is not a tip paid to your Mobile Waiter. Please, reward your Mobile Waiter for outstanding service! Orders can be placed on our website at WeDeliverRuidoso.com.
How long does it take for a delivery?
Normally your order will arrive within an hour, usually faster. Some orders may take longer depending on the size of the order and which restaurant the order is from. Please be aware that we are working with some of the most popular restaurants in town and together we are working hard to provide the best customer service as quickly as possible.
Can I place orders from multiple restaurants?
No. Each order must be from a single restaurant. You are welcome to come back and place another order if you would like delivery from multiple restaurants, but, there is no guarantee that they will arrive at the same time. You can always call us and let us know, we'll try our best to time it so that drivers arrive at the same time.
Is gratuity for the driver included in the price of the order?
No, our drivers are paid with tips. Please take into consideration the work of our Mobile Waitstaff to deliver your food promptly and professionally.
What areas are available for delivery?
We Deliver Ruidoso delivers to Ruidoso, Ruidoso Downs and Alto, NM.
Can I order food from outside the delivery area?
Not at this time.
Can I cancel my order?
Once the order has been sent to the restaurant, it cannot be cancelled, or, changed. Please call 575-808-8819 to cancel any advanced/future orders.
How do I remove specific ingredients or add special requests for an entree while using the online ordering service?
When you choose an item, there will be a customize order button. Click customize order and type which things you would like to remove or which special request you would like to add. There may be additional charges for adding items to your order.
Can I order from a restaurant that is not listed on your site? Is that possible?
If you would like to order from a restaurant that is not partnered with We Deliver Ruidoso, you can place the order with a customer service representative at 575-808-8819. Please note there will be a $6.00 delivery fee and a 15% upcharge on the food cost from the restaurant.
Why is there a service fee on my order total?
Each restaurant We Deliver Ruidoso partners with pays We Deliver Ruidoso a commission on every order we send to them. In some instances if the restaurant can't deduct the cost of the commission from each order, but still wants to partner to offer their customers delivery they agree to attach a convenience fee to each order to cover the cost of the commission. We Deliver Ruidoso uses this commission to pay all the basic needs for a business. (Insurance, taxes, equipment, website and software development fees, etc.) With some restaurants there may be a service fee, with others, there may be a small upcharge over the regular menu price.
